General Bonus Terms

Betting Integrity

• Automated wagering: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or exploit bonuses without genuine human decision-making.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino, or any other competitive game format available on the Platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits made to 9bd app. Players who abuse chargeback processes will have their accounts closed and may be subject to civil or criminal proceedings.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, voiding of all pending and historical winnings, forfeiture of account balance, and — where applicable — referral to law enforcement authorities.

9bd app reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The account holder is under 18 years of age or has provided false age verification information.
• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity has been detected in connection with the account.
• A regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requires the suspension or closure of the account.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion or a voluntary account closure under the Platform's responsible gaming tools.

Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your 9bd app account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before an account is closed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to verification of your identity and completion of any pending KYC requirements.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. 9bd app will make reasonable efforts to notify the account holder by email before applying a dormancy administration fee or initiating closure procedures. Right to Appeal
